Three. Three. One.

Be forewarned. This post includes no photos.

We started off with Math, where Babe is finally on to something new. Nothing challenging, but at least new. I brought out the connecting blocks and built a tower out of a few of them. Then I asked her to build one shorter than it, which she did. Then I asked her to build one longer than it, which she did.

"Can I see if this one is taller than Z?"

Sure Babe, you can skip ahead a few days on your own accord.
Oh man, I can't wait til 1st grade Math...

After Math, we went through the wordless story "Baby Bear's Family", where Babe did a great job noticing the details. I taught her that when there's a dotted line in a picture, that usually means something is moving. In this particular book, there was a butterfly and a dotted line was showing its path.

Math and Reading Comprehension were done. We went outside to release some energy, then headed back in for Sid and WordWorld, then lunch.

After lunch, Babe did her Technology lesson on symbols of technology. She struggled through the online lesson a bit, but I then had her sit on the couch with the remote in hand and gave her commands of what I wanted her to do with the CD that was in the DVD player. She did perfect with each command. I had her make flash cards anyway, and we will review the symbols off and on throughout the week.

We caught up on her Checkpoints before dance, and one of them had a video about the seasons. She was watching a snippet on Fall when she saw leaves on the screen with dotted lines following them.

"LOOK TAT2! The leaves are blowing around! Look at the dotted lines! That means they are moving!"

So. Awesome.

And with that, we headed to dance. A nice, relaxing but productive day.
